We have an absolute 0% tolerance for fraud. Anyone caught committing fraud of any kind will have their account terminated with no pay. This means that even if you have other sales, you will not be paid for them. The easy way to avoid having your sales removed is simply not to defraud the customers.

Situations that will be considered fraud contain the following but are not limited to...

1. Inputing the clients credit card info into the form yourself. At no time should you ever put the clients CC info into the form yourself. If the client can't do it him/herself then there is no option for a sale. This is considered the highest form of credit card fraud and subject to criminal prosecution.

2. Logging into the clients account using their username and password. If you attempt to log into the clients account with his username and password, the system detects this and will flag that sale as fraud and you will not receive credit. At no time should you ever need to "help" a customer by logging into the system for them.

3. Coaching a client to cancel. Coaching a client to cancel is considered fraud as well. You should never tell a client to cancel after a certain period of time. The system detects a customer canceling in an abnormal amount of time and will flag that sale as fraud and you will not receive credit for the sale.

4. Double selling campaigns to a customer. You should never sell more than 1 campaign to a customer. What happens is when you sell more than 1 campaign to a customer they see multiple charges on their credit cards and charge all of them back. In the event this happens, the sale will be removed from you.
